Bentley Achieves Design Award
Although we’re not taken with the design of the Bentley Bentayga, “the fastest, most powerful, most luxurious and most exclusive SUV in the world,” we’ve got to give it up to the Bentley designers for receiving the Gold in the Transportation category of the German Design Awards for the Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 concept.
The awards are presented by the German Design Council.
As Johannes Barckmann, head of design at EDAG and one of the award judges, put it, of the high-performance two-seat sports car, “The exterior inspires with a progressive, elegant design vocabulary that transports the classic car into the future. EXP 10 Speed 6 is an extraordinarily beautiful automobile that perfectly combines aesthetics and precision – and is unmistakably a Bentley. It couldn't be done better.”
