EY: Emerging Roles for Minority Suppliers
Minority-owned suppliers are poised to take a more proactive role in the future of the automobile industry, says Michelle Sourie Robinson, CEO of the Detroit-based Michigan Minority Suppliers Development Council. The MMSDC’s mission is to certify, develop, connect and advocate on behalf of Asian-American, African-American, Hispanic and Native American suppliers. Robinson notes the organization also has a $100 million minority access fund to help such business grow.
