EY's "Women. Fast Forward" Initiative

Michelle Sourie Robinson, CEO of the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council, says most organizations have the resources to accelerate gender equality. The key is to move from talk to action.

EY’s new “Women. Fast Forward” initiative identifies three “accelerators” to aid the process:

  • Clarify a path for promotion
  • Implement a strong process to manage talent development
  • Take steps to curb conscious and unconscious biases that hinder advancement
