Magna Exec Hired As Ricardo’s U.S. President
U.K.-based engineering firm Ricardo plc has recruited Thomas Apostolos, a veteran executive at Canadian supplier Magna International Inc., as president of its U.S. unit.
Apostolos has been president of Magna's Asia Pacific exteriors and interiors unit since 2007. His 19-year Magna career also included a stint as president of the global interiors unit. He previously worked at General Motors Co.
Apostolos replaces Kent Niederhofer, who will leave Ricardo on Oct. 31 after nearly three years as president. Apostolos will report to Dave Shemmans, CEO of Ricardo plc.

Ram Truck chief exterior designer Joe Dehner talks about how they’ve developed the all-new pickup. “We’ve been building trucks for over 100 years,” he says. “Best I could come up with is that this is our 15th-generation truck.”
